1/2 cup brewed
coffee
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar free
peppermint syrup
1 Tbsp hot chocolate
powder (half of a packet of hot chocolate mix)
1/2 cup cottage
cheese
8 ice cubes
Blend well. Enjoy!
Variation: Substitute Coconut syrup for Peppermint to make a Coconut Mocha
